Xinjiang wine, crafted from grapes irrigated with glacier snowmelt water, captures the essence of the earth and has earned organic certification. The northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang are celebrated alongside Bordeaux in France and California in the United States as one of the world's premier wine-producing regions. You don’t have to travel all the way to France to visit a winery; you can make an appointment to visit this winery in Xinjiang for free. Taking great photos in the wine cellar and embarking on a journey of wine tasting and culture on the Silk Road have become very popular in recent years.

Our winery not only stores wine but also offers catering services. Visitors can participate in wine tasting activities here, and we host tour groups, providing catering and accommodations. These features have significantly boosted the overall economic returns of our winery. We began receiving tourists in 2021, and the number of visitors has been increasing year by year. In the first half of this year alone, we welcomed over 10,000 tourists, with most visits occurring on holidays and weekends. While many of our visitors are Xinjiang locals, this year we had numerous tourists from other provinces in China. It’s an opportunity for us to promote the winery’s products.
Xinjiang wine has won numerous awards in domestic and international competitions. As the wine trade and distribution hub of Asia, Hong Kong is seen as a key platform for promoting Xinjiang wine globally. The general manager of Da Tang Xi Yu Winery hopes to leverage Hong Kong's expertise and connections to introduce Xinjiang wine to a broader audience.
