Following the successful maiden voyage of China’s first domestic cruise ship ‘Adora Magic City’ from its home port - Shanghai in January this year, the second largest ‘made-in-China’ Adora cruise is planned to set sail from Nansha of Guangzhou by 2027.
After signing an agreement with Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port, the Adora Cruises will use Nansha, a new free trade zone in Greater Bay Area, as its home port and will jointly promote the cruise ecosystem in Guangzhou.
The new cruise ship has entered the final phase of assembly and loading, and soon starting internal renovation with delivery scheduled by the end of 2026. It will officially launch its international routes from its Nansha home port by 2027. Adora Cruises plans to complete the route design for this cruise ship this year to secure more travel options for consumers in South China.
