A spectacle unfolded on the lawn of Dameisha Park in Shenzhen's Yantian District on one of the evening on July 11st, 2024, captivating the attention of citizens and tourists as an aircraft resembling a UFO ascended into the sky. This remarkable event marked the inaugural flight of the manned eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft) in China.

The maiden flight of the eVTOL not only symbolizes a breakthrough in aviation technology but also underscores the growing significance of the low-altitude economy in shaping China's urban landscape and future development trajectory. Shaped like an exotic UFO, the manned aircraft has recently secured a global invention patent, poised to revolutionize low-altitude tourism and urban logistics with its innovative design and capabilities.

Designed for low-altitude flights ranging between 10 and 30 meters, this cutting-edge aircraft offers versatility by being able to navigate over water surfaces, ensuring safe emergency landings with its floating capabilities and advanced automatic obstacle avoidance functions. Primarily tailored for tourism scenarios, the manned aircraft is set to redefine sightseeing tours and advertising performances, boasting efficient air traffic capabilities and a global patent recognition.

As China sets its sights on embracing the possibilities of low-altitude flights for urban commuting, business travel, and cross-border operations, the manned eVTOL represents a pioneering step towards realizing an interconnected urban transportation network and future urban transportation possibilities.
