Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Eagle's live broadcast room. Nansha is home to the Qingsheng high-speed rail station which allows you to travel from Shenzhen in just twenty minutes.  

My name is Eagle. I came from Miaoli County. in Taiwan. I arrived in Nansha on November 1, 2023. It's been almost half a year, and during this time, I have been actively exploring Nansha. I came to the Chinese mainland to start my business in 2015 and returned again in 2018 before finally moving to Shenzhen.

The pet business in Taiwan has a decades-long history. I thought I could replicate Taiwan’s mature business model here. I also have pets myself, so I truly understand the nuances of handling animals. By integrating new media like short videos and live broadcasts, I've positioned myself at the forefront of this industry in mainland China. Nansha is striving to become an 'e-commerce city,' attracting a dynamic, young population. This vibrancy is something I wanted to be a part of. The current policies are very supportive.

At one point, our team managed an account with 14 million followers. However, I wasn't the one in charge; I was just one member of the team. It was during this process that I learned a lot and went on to complete a training program for hosts. After nearly five-years working in Shenzhen, I thought that I should go try living in another city and explore new urban developments while I'm still young. Nansha is my second stop on this journey. When I arrived in Nansha, I gradually fell into the rhythm of this city. I think this is a very comfortable city for me.

I brought my dogs here. I’ve noticed they seem happier and healthier, even a bit chubbier. Currently, I allocate about a third of my month to living in Nansha. I want to meet more people in the community and learn as much as possible to better understand how I can develop my business in Nansha. Throughout this learning process, the government has been very informative about Nansha’s policies favoring Taiwanese professionals, as well as the local government’s plans for Nansha’s positioning within the Greater Bay Area. Nansha has a stunningly beautiful coastline and scenery. Thisdefinitely ranks among Nansha’s most attractive qualities. Nansha's geographical location is right in the heart of the Greater Bay Area and the architecture in Nansha is beautiful and unique.

Nansha has begun focusing on the development of cultural tourism. Because of its unique geographical location, delicious traditional food and eclectic history, Nansha Bay has potential to become a cultural tourism hotspot. One of the benefits of developing cultural tourism is that it promotes the city through cultural experiences. I want to create something new in Nansha—training programs focused on cultural tourism. Using new media, I plan to train a group of cultural tourism program hosts or KOLs who can explore Nansha, enjoying and promoting the city’s offerings and attractions while also making a living. I believe this will attract more young people to visit or move to Nansha. This is what I'm currently working on and my company is registered in Nansha’s InnoValley.

From the perspective of an entrepreneur, I'm not just here because of the benefits and favourable policies. I am serious about developing my career and aligning with the pulse of this city. Nansha’s new policies for traveling make us feel that we really have the support of the local government. As vloggers, we are sharing the beauty of Nansha and since we have many followers, we can help to positively promote it. I think everyone is a small part of the city's machinery. We can make an independent living while also benefiting the city where we live. I have found that life in Nansha is very comfortable. Even though I am striving hard at my age and sometimes get tired, this kind of lifestyle—being with my dogs and having my own leisure time—makes me feel that Nansha is quite livable.
