The Freespace Jazz Fest 2024 returns for four days of incredible music from October 24 to 27 at West Kowloon of Hong Kong! Enjoy indoor and outdoor performances that showcase the finest local and international jazz and world music. Experience top-tier performances across various stages at Freespace, Art Park, Wonderland, M+, and Lau Bak Livehouse.

Now in its sixth edition, the festival will feature over a hundred jazz musicians from around the globe, offering a vibrant mix of ticketed and free performances. Aimed at becoming Hong Kong’s premier jazz festival, it invites music lovers to immerse themselves in a cultural celebration that transcends genres.  Additionally, attendees can enjoy a free outdoor program featuring music from around the world, hands-on workshops, and an expanded gourmet food and beverage market.

Highlighting Hong Kong’s homegrown talent, the festival will kick off with renowned pianist Ted Lo—often referred to as the Godfather of Hong Kong jazz—alongside young local artists Nelson Fung and Dean Li. The program will also include an exciting collaboration between pianist Patrick Lui, his jazz orchestra, and Cantopop favorites RubberBand. Don’t miss out!
