The annual Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival is poised to make a grand return, offering an exceptional selection of global cuisines and beverages at the Central Harbourfront. This year, the festival will run for five days, starting on October 23rd, with extended hours until 11 PM, which is an exciting first in the event's history.
Under the façade of Hong Kong’s luminous skyline, the harbourfront will feature a lineup of 300 booths showcasing wines and spirits from 35 countries and regions. The festival will present 11 themed zones, each highlighting a distinct culinary culture, with familiar flavors from China, Spain, Australia, and the UK.
Consuls from various countries will be in attendance to present their national beverages and culinary specialties, enriching the cultural experience. A standout feature will be the British Consulate General presenting a remarkable 35-year-old Single Grain Scotch Whisky alongside a unique Naked Affogato. Meanwhile, the Spanish Consulate General will offer the festive Roxanne Cava Brut Vintage, paired with Iberico Chorizo and other delightful treats.
No plastic cups will be used at the festival for environmental sustainability. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own stemmed wine glasses, and will receive a limited-edition commemorative glass sleeve as a reward. This initiative not only promotes sustainable practices but also enhances the overall experience for festival-goers.
