For celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival, an impressive 67-meter fire dragon, crafted from incense sticks and paraded by 300 performers, is lighting up Tai Hang, just next to Hong Kong’s busiest commercial district, for three consecutive days. This year, for the first time, the century old traditional dragon, a recognized national intangible cultural heritage will be staged together with a 20-meter LED version, carried by around 100 children.
This celebration continues to attract thousands of merrymakers eagered to experience this beloved traditional custom in Hong Kong.
