The Ocean Park of Hong Kong has recently shared photos of the giant panda twins in kung fu postures! The little cubs are resting on their bed in amusing positions - while the sister raising her left hand, putting her right hand across her chin, and stretching a front split, the little brother has raised his right hand with his mouth wide open, as if he is mastering the ‘Lion’s Roar’ technique.
It's worth noting that September 14 marks the special celebration of the one-month old of the beloved twin cubs, Ocean Park will host a ‘Panda Twin Cubs One-Month Old Giveaway’ on September 13 at noon. The first 815 participants to register successfully will receive a gift card for local dessert chain shop Hung Fook Tong’s signature Home-Made Stewed Pork Trotter and Ginger in Sweet Vinegar Gifts Voucher.
In Chinese culture, there is a celebration called ‘Man Yue,’ which translates to ‘full moon.’ The full moon symbolizes completeness, marking the successful completion of a baby's first month of life. In Hong Kong, new parents commonly share sweet vinegar pig's trotters and red eggs with close relatives and friends to celebrate this milestone for their newborn.
