About 100 teams from all over the world will participate in the 2024 Mega Ice Hockey 5’s, to be held at Mega Ice in MegaBox, Kowloon Bay until 4 May 2024 for Hong Kong’s residents!

Mega Ice is currently the only local ice rink which meets the international standards for playing ice hockey. It has a large indoor space that can accommodate an ice rink of standard size, making it suitable for ice hockey games. It is equipped with modern facilities, including spectator seating, locker rooms, and amenities for players and officials.

Hong Kong was handpicked for holding this mega event because it has a well-developed infrastructure, including reliable electricity and cooling systems, which are essential for maintaining the ice rink at the required temperature. In addition, MegaBox has the necessary infrastructure to ensure a high-quality ice surface for ice hockey games.
