This year the largest-scale countdown fireworks will welcome 2024 with thousands of bright lights explode over the skyline of Victoria Harbour! To heighten the ambience leading up to midnight, there will be pre-show wish-making sessions every 15 minutes from 11 pm onwards.  

The Hong Kong’s New Year Fireworks and Countdown has been one of the most anticipated events of the year, but was suspended for the last four years. Making a full come back to the city, the firework musical will be the “biggest and longest” ever countdown show, and promised to as spectacular as ever. Do check for yourself and share the hope and joy of the new year with everyone from all around the world!

This year, get ready to be dazzled by a 12-minute firework musical extravaganza themed ‘New Year New Legend’, featuring fireworks which depict the changing seasons and the beauty of nature.
